The ... management is friendly and attentive, always there to answer any questions. The landscaping is beautiful and the grounds are always clean and well cared for. Cleaning staff regularly clean hallways and common areas to keep the building presentable and inviting. If I have any repairs that need to be done, they are completed quickly and thoroughly. I couldn't be happier...I searched for an affordable place close to the airport, and finally settled on Woodstone! Love ... the location, landscaping, amenities (wish there were an indoor pool, but hey...)staff is great and very responsive...maintenance requests, while few have been responded to within hours, including the replacement of my garbage disposal, which was done less than 4 hours after I mentioned it! Although it is an older wood framed building, it is relatively quiet, the neighbors have been friendly and mostly very reserved, I know that I will enjoy the underground/indoor parking in the winter...huge decks...too bad that the City of St. Paul will not allow a grill on the deck, but the community grill has been well maintained despite almost nightly use since I've been here, and they replaced the older one with a new one just recently! There have been no "surprises" like in other complexes where I have rented...they genuinely care about taking care of and pleasing the tenants! My probably only complaint is the laundry facility...it's a bit expensive at around $2.00 a load, but I was spoiled in my last place having a full sized washer and dryer, and it beats the heck out of hauling to a laundromat! The neighbors are quiet and respectful yet friendly. There are many opportunities to participate in community events that are unintrusive to those who opt not to participate. These include anything from yoga to game nights to movie nights in the party room to door decorating contests during the holidays. The location is great!
