A great place to live!

I’ve lived here since August 2020 and couldn’t be happier! Woodstone is a quiet building and I feel safe living here. The management is friendly and attentive, always there to answer any questions. The landscaping is beautiful and the grounds are always clean and well cared for. Cleaning staff regularly clean hallways and common areas to keep the building presentable and inviting. If I have any repairs that need to be done, they are completed quickly and thoroughly. My guests always comment on what a great building this is and I’m happy to have visitors see my home. Thanks to everyone here for making this a great place to live!

Have been very happy here

I have lived at Woodstone for a number of years & have been very happy here. The property is in a convenient location & is very well maintained. The management team is friendly and quick to respond to the issues that come up and maintenance requests. The area is also perfect for walking my dog as it is located near the river & walking/bike trails.

An excellent choice!

I was very impressed with the staff, community and its upkeep! The office staff, Scot and Vincent, were top notch and beyond compare. You could tell they love the community and value the residents. There was a strong welcoming sense and definitely a place you could and would want to call home.

We have lived here 3 years

Good neighborhood, well maintained and safe. We have lived here 3 years and really love our apartment and neighbors. The management has been quick to respond to any concerns and maintenance issues we have had. There is much to be said for onsite management that is available, friendly and efficient. Jo and Dorothy

Good Location and pet friendly and safe

We have been living here 3 years and really love our apartment. Balcony and nice windows, lots of light. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and close to the river. Very pet friendly which we really appreciate. We have met many nice neighbors in our building and in the other surrounding buildings, so it feels like a neighborhood. The management has been very quick to respond and remedy any concerns or maintenance issues we have had. The staff is friendly and accessible, by phone or in person. It is a big plus to the managers on site who are care.

So glad to be living here!

I moved in two months ago and it has been smooth sailing ever since. The staff is caring and very professional. It’s always kept clean in the hallways, elevators and grounds. I’m always proud to have friends see how great this place looks. And a special thank you to the maintainance staff. Not only are they incredibly prompt in answering requests but they make sure you’re totally satisfied. I love being here! Thank you!

A very positive experience

While the apartments don’t have the most modern updates, it is clear that the property is very well cared for and everything is in great working order. We love Woodstone!

Woodstone is the perfect home for our family of two adults and a kitty. We love the spacious layout (including a roomy deck), updated kitchen, and ample parking. Great location, AMAZING staff and timely maintenance to our unit make this a wonderful home!

Couldn't be happier

I couldn't be happier...I searched for an affordable place close to the airport, and finally settled on Woodstone! Love the location, landscaping, amenities (wish there were an indoor pool, but hey...)staff is great and very responsive...maintenance requests, while few have been responded to within hours, including the replacement of my garbage disposal, which was done less than 4 hours after I mentioned it! Although it is an older wood framed building, it is relatively quiet, the neighbors have been friendly and mostly very reserved, I know that I will enjoy the underground/indoor parking in the winter...huge decks...too bad that the City of St. Paul will not allow a grill on the deck, but the community grill has been well maintained despite almost nightly use since I've been here, and they replaced the older one with a new one just recently! There have been no "surprises" like in other complexes where I have rented...they genuinely care about taking care of and pleasing the tenants! My probably only complaint is the laundry facility...it's a bit expensive at around $2.00 a load, but I was spoiled in my last place having a full sized washer and dryer, and it beats the heck out of hauling to a laundromat! The best thing is it didn't take long for the management staff to know me by name! Check it out, I think you would be very pleased!

Great place to call home

It is a beautiful and quiet, private place. It is ideally located to commute to work school in the Twin Cities, even with the city bus there is even a bus going to the MOA around the block . If the rent looks a bit pricy, know that the services provided make it worth it. The swimming pool, the heated parking lot and the spacious balcony are my favorite features. I know that there is a shuttle going to the airport too.

Weel-managed, courteous, professional, flexible

Everything is kept up well and taken care of. The 24-hour fitness room is a huge plus. It is not hard to find parking. It's close to everything, but you are still around nature and parks. The laundry hours are nice, too. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great management, beautiful location, and clean building.

Woodstone is the first apartment complex that has felt like home. It is quiet and clean, yet maintains the idea that you can live your life without having to worry if you are disturbing someone else. The staff members are friendly and quick to process any requests.

Accomodating and caring people managing a beautiful complex.

It is a beautiful location! Right next to the river with a ton of biking and walking trails. In my year here the complex is always clean and well maintained inside and out. The groundskeeper does a superior job. I thought that they had newly redone the landscape when I just moved into Woodstone because it was immaculate but that is just the standard here. Emily has always been really helpful and friendly whenever I go into the office. I love it here!

A nice, friendly complex with good service.

Woodstone is a complex that fits my apartment living needs. I especially like the amenities like pet care service, an airport shuttle, work out room, pool for the summer, parking garage, etc. The staff members are friendly and service oriented. I like receiving the newsletter, and timely notices about maintenance and other complex activities. Woodstone makes me feel at home.

Friendly staff, great location, good deal, great amenities..

I love living here. It's a great location, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the rent is reasonable, there are a lot of great amenities. The only thing I would change is to have updated kitchens and bathrooms...the fixtures and appliances are very dated.

I am very glad I chose for us to live here!

I would tell them that the buildings are kept so well maintained and I love the location and the warm garage parking. All of the staff here are respectful and friendly and very helpful. I can hear my neighbors upstairs walking around, but otherwise, that's it.

Wonderfully attentive and caring staff, beautiful grounds...

Beautiful! The groundskeeper does an amazing job maintaining the landscape to be truly remrniscent of the woods. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The neighbors are quiet and respectful yet friendly. There are many opportunities to participate in community events that are unintrusive to those who opt not to participate. These include anything from yoga to game nights to movie nights in the party room to door decorating contests during the holidays. The location is great! A couple blocks away from a huge park by the river and 2 minutes from the highway. I live farther from my work that I typically like to, however, when I here I feel comfortable and at home. I love it here.
